Eunoia Wellness Studio

Therapy sessions take place within Eunoia Wellness Studio in Redondo Beach. While Eunoia serves as the home for the therapy practice, it was intentionally designed as a shared space that brings together practitioners from different healing disciplines, including psychotherapists, bodyworkers, and other wellness providers.

Eunoia was co-founded by Catherine Alvarado, LMFT, with the intention of creating a space that supports connection, presence, and thoughtful care. The studio was designed to encourage a slower pace and a sense of groundedness, allowing both practitioners and those seeking care to feel supported, attuned, and engaged in the healing process.
