Hi, I’m Cat.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed therapy that honors the connection between the mind and body.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR Consultant based in Redondo Beach. I serve as Clinical Supervisor of our private practice and am co-owner of Eunoia Wellness Studio.

My work is warm, grounded, and attachment-focused, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves through deeper emotional processing, reflection, and nervous system healing. I strive to create a space that feels intentional, collaborative, and supportive of meaningful and embodied change.
