Hi, I’m Catherine Alvarado,
EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor
I’m an EMDRIA Approved Consultant offering therapists help with certification, case formulation, and ongoing EMDR skill-building. My approach is collaborative and curious about clients and the therapy process.
I combine EMDR with a holistic, attachment-focused, relational, and somatic perspective. We’ll address readiness, nervous-system reactions, relational dynamics, stuck processing, complex cases, and clinical choices that come up in EMDR.
Consultation is tailored to your level and the specific questions or challenges you bring—whether you’re seeking certification, confidence with EMDR, or guidance on difficult cases.
