Schedule Consult

Our practice offers therapy for teens and adolescents in Redondo Beach and throughout the South Bay, supporting teens and families as they navigate emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. Therapy provides a space to slow down, explore what’s coming up, and make sense of the many changes that can feel overwhelming during this stage of life.

This work takes a holistic approach, with attention to emotional experience, the nervous system, and the ways stress can show up in thoughts, relationships, and the body—not just through words. Sessions are shaped around each teen’s unique experience, personality, and pace.

Many teens benefit from an integrative approach that may include talk therapy, EMDR, and mind–body–informed practices. These approaches can help ease overwhelm, support emotional regulation, and gently address patterns that feel hard to shift over time.

Sessions are available in person at the Redondo Beach office and online across California. Therapy is offered as a steady, supportive space where teens can build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves as they move forward.

Get matched with the right therapist for you.

Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and therapy tends to be most effective when there is a strong sense of fit and comfort. After reaching out, we’ll take time to learn more about what you’re looking for and connect you with a therapist whose background, training, and approach align with your needs.

From there, you’ll have the option of a free phone consultation. This call is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for the therapist’s style, and explore whether it feels like a good match—without any pressure or obligation. If it feels right, next steps can be discussed together at a pace that feels comfortable.
