Therapy Office in Redondo Beach
Eunoia Wellness Studio is located just off Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, tucked into a second-story suite that offers natural light, quiet, and privacy. It’s peaceful — with convenient street parking right out front and easy access from the surrounding South Bay.
Every detail was chosen with intention—from the hardwood floors and soft color palette to the lighting, textures, and layout. Each room was created to feel calming and grounded, without being cold or clinical. This isn’t just a therapy office—it’s a space meant to support regulation, reflection, and the slow settling that often needs to happen before any real work begins.
The Feel of the Space
There’s a quiet stillness to Eunoia that people tend to notice right away. This wellness studio was designed to feel quiet, spacious, and grounding. Natural light fills the rooms. The layout is open but private. Soft colors, clean lines, and simple textures create a sense of calm without feeling sterile.
Whether someone is here for a therapy session or simply passing through, the space holds them. It doesn’t demand anything. It offers permission to slow down—sometimes for the first time all day.
What ‘Eunoia’ Means
Eunoia (pronounced ehv-nee-uh) is an ancient Greek word meaning goodwill, beautiful intention, or favor of the gods.
In ancient times, to have the gods’ eunoia meant to be in their good graces—to be supported by something greater, surrounded by favorable energy. There’s something quietly powerful about that.
At Eunoia Wellness Studio, the name reflects more than just a concept—it reflects the feeling we hope to offer. A sense of clarity. Alignment. Sacred favor.
To step into this space is to be held in:
Goodwill – where your process is met without judgment
Sacred favor – where your healing is supported by something greater
Connection – where mind, body, and spirit are gently attuned
Eunoia isn’t just a name or a location—it’s a state of being. A moment of inner stillness, presence, and being seen with care. Whether your journey is about grounding, growing, or transforming, this space exists to honor it—with intention, respect, and peace.
The Story Behind the Studio
Eunoia Wellness Studio was co-created by Catherine Alvarado, LMFT 134744, and Taylor Addison, LMFT 130177, two therapists with a shared vision: to create a space that felt just as supportive as the work happening inside it.
The studio opened in 2024, but the idea had been building for much longer. After years of working in traditional office settings, we knew we wanted something different—something that felt more aligned with the kind of presence, regulation, and depth that healing often requires.
We weren’t just looking for a place to practice. We were building an environment that could hold others the way we hold our clients: with care, respect, and attunement. Eunoia became that space. Not just a container for sessions, but a reflection of what it means to offer therapy in a way that feels human, grounded, and intentional.
